Good Afternoon, Although rates improved mid-week, the markets gave back most of the improvement and rates once again are about the same as last Friday. Rates for the weekend: FHAs and conforming conventional loans are ranging from 5.250% to 5.875%. Jumbo fixed rates are around 6.25% with the 5 year ARM around 5.125% CHFA rates for their 1st and 2nd mortgage are unchanged and currently 6.500% with only $1000.00 investment from the buyer.
