The neighborhood of Tuscany/Sienna is an area that is part Aurora and Centennial Colorado. For those of you not familiar with the southeast part of the Denver Metro Area, it is not far from the intersection of Orchard and Parker Road.  This community is a favorite for families working in the Denver Tech Area and is part of the Cherry Creek School District.

 Tuscany/Sienna offers many familiar amenities, such as  a neighborhood pool, homeowners association, walking trails and is within a mile of The Trails Recreation Center.  When considering real estate in this area of Denver I would encourage you to visit this center (located at Orchard & Buckley Road), which has a wonderful indoor aquatic center for children, a skate park and all the latest equipment for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  In addition, The Trails offers "Club 4 Kids", which is  an hourly drop-in child care center.

 Do you like to read?  Just to the north of Tuscany is the public library, which is the perfect place to research for assignments, relax with a good book or check out a video.  This library offers many programs for children, as well as book clubs for the adults.  If you like to travel, they have a well stocked supply of reading literature on just about any destination you might be considering for your next vacation.
